Lamb Share Portions

Lamb Sausage is 1 Lb and seasoned with Rosemary, garlic cloves, salt and pepper. This sausage is gluten free. 

Our Navajo Churro sheep are a slow-growing heritage breed that takes time to reach the ideal weight for consumption. Lambs are 12-17 months and have not been used for breeding or exposed to a breeding cycle. 

 During the spring and summer, we use pasture rotation on our homestead. In the winter months, we feed them high-protein millet hay to help them maintain their body weight.
